  Job Description:

  A successful startup in the dev-tools world is looking for a driven, user-focused Sales Engineer who has experience with DevOps/ Kubernetes/ troubleshooting and also loves collaborating and helping developers and DevOps in solving problems.
  An entrepreneur-type personality, technically strong, who is not afraid to take risks, and is looking to join a huge company in the making and to grow together with them.
  This role is a unique opportunity to be in the heart of the company working with our R&D and product teams, enabling the adoption of the product in new organizations, and helping to evolve what the company has to offer.

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Technically own, discover, position, prove and deliver the key technical elements of a sales cycle to achieve a ‘technical win’
  • Be a technical product expert, evangelist, and coach, able to give technical sales demonstrations to customers and partners at any time
  • Responsible for managing the POC, demonstrating product expertise, participating in webinars, and sharing best practices with the community
  • Help improve the product by working closely with the founders, product, and engineers
  • Shape and inform decisions on new features based on your experience and feedback from customers

  Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in sales engineering position in the dev tools/ security spaces or similar experience
  • Experienced with DevOps/ Kubernetes/ troubleshooting
  • Familiar with a wide variety of coding languages and how they work
  • Have good knowledge with developers and DevOps ecosystems and best practices
  • Passionate about learning new technologies
  • Worked closely with highly technical customers before
  • People person
  • Great team player
  • Must have a startup mentality and hands-on builder type personality
