    Job Description:

    One of the most up and coming startups in Tel Aviv, with a cloud-based platform designed to help human resources departments turn employee data into actionable information, is looking for a Sales Operations Manager.
    With over 45M$ raised, they have over 130 people in New York, Tel Aviv and London and are constantly growing. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with some of the biggest brands and will be offered a competitive salary and stock options.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Hold the responsibility for sales analytics, sales tracking, and sales effectiveness. Report on sales performance
    - Proactively work to optimize the sales process - use trends in data, refine operational models and manage complex cases as they arise
    - Monitor effectiveness of sales efforts of each team member and advice on how to effectively manage the sales KPIs, sales pipeline and account plans through the use of specific tools
    - Hold responsibility for the sales policies, procedures. Support the agreed sales models, templates, product strategy, and target client segments
    - Conduct market analysis in order to identify opportunities for growing the business’ sales

    Job Requirements:

    • Experience in managing sales processes & stages and successful coaching on those processes
    • 4+ years minimum working in either billing, deal desk, sales or sales operations
    • Full control in Salesforce
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Must be able to work well with Sales Representatives
    • Able to demonstrate an understanding of the value proposition for SaaS
