One of the most up and coming startups in Tel Aviv, with a cloud-based platform designed to help human resources departments turn employee data into actionable information is looking for a Senior Acquisition manager for their growing Demand Generation team.
In this role your goal will be improving paid campaign performance, expanding to new channels, and increasing revenue and growth. You will be the sole owner of all PPC activity with great responsibility while being a focal point of all paid campaign activity in the company.

You will be responsible for day to day management of search/display channels and LinkedIn/Facebook sponsored campaigns, and will also be tasked with expanding to other media platforms. - Manage and optimize performance campaigns on an ongoing basis - Setup, implement & track international PPC campaigns across multiple platforms - Run on-going A/B tests on different activity parameters - Track and report on campaign performance - Implementing innovative techniques to maximize campaign performance
Minimum 2+ years experience in running international B2B campaigns (Google Ads) - mandatory
Familiar with LinkedIn/Facebook ads dashboards - a plus
Familiar with WP CMS and Google Analytics/tag manager - a plus
Proficient with Excel – mandatory
High Level of English – mandatory
Familiar with platforms ( Facebook, LinkedIn, Taboola, …etc.)
Technical & Analytical orientation
Self-motivated & multi-tasker
