  Job Description:

  A fun & social platform for photographers of all levels based in Tel Aviv is looking for a smart, data-driven Acquisition Manager to join its team. Someone who can create, scale and
  optimize high volume campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, Ad Networks and other platforms with a strong focus on Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
  This is a key role in the team, in which you will collaborate with product managers, developers, designers and photographers to achieve aggressive business objectives as well
  as make an impact on the product itself.
  You will take full ownership of multiple digital acquisition channels, develop and execute new growth opportunities to efficiently acquire quality users at a growing scale. You’ll take the
  lead in forecasting key LTV metrics for acquisition, conversion, spend, and ROI.

  Job Responsibilities:

  Manage large scale budgets and large scale campaigns
  ● Analyze and identify new opportunities to expand campaigns
  ● Create and maintain testing plan across all campaigns
  ● Develop and maintain monthly media plan across all campaigns
  ● Leverage analytics tools to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns
  ● Provide data-driven reports on campaign progress
  ● Closely work with the in-house creative team to constantly optimize ads

  Job Requirements:

  • You have 3+ years proven experience launching and optimizing ad campaigns with key UA partners, (including, but not limited to, FB, Instagram and Google, budgets of
  • over $100K a month)
  • ● You are super analytical, independent, out of the box thinker and a quick learner
  • ● You have Experience with promoting both Web and Mobile Apps
  • ● You have excellent interpersonal skills
  • ● You are a self-starter with strong multi-tasking ability and close attention to detail
  • ● You have fluent English
  • ● Experience with Ad Networks an advantage
