  Job Description:

  A global leader in Martech offering a cutting-edge platform is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join the team and work on a variety of products. The position includes working alongside a team of product managers, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative products and thrive on identifying and solving user needs.

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand the business requirements and product specifications
  • Lead a full design cycle from concept, through UX research and usability sessions, to creating a pixel-perfect UI and providing final hand-off to development
  • Conduct user research to create personas and user journeys through this data and incorporate the insights into design decisions to fulfill user and business needs
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and visual prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Facilitate the design process, present and iterate design solutions
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Take initiative in identifying problems and opportunities to improve the product offering
  • Help develop, manage, and refine UI pattern libraries and guidelines as part of the design system work

  Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a product designer
  • Extensive experience in interface design flows, interactive experiences, and product development
  • Proven experience applying a user-centric approach, implementing UX methodologies, and UX research
  • Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative data
  • knowledge and understanding of design systems theory and practice
  • Self-organized, process-driven, work well independently as well as with a team
  • Super creative thinker, with a passion for UX and exceptional attention to details
  • A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
  • Perfect English and communication skills
  • Experience in working in agile environments
  • Self-learning individual who reads constantly and loves to pass on his knowledge to others
  • Experience in the ad/marketing-tech field - an advantage
