    Job Description:

    A global e-Commerce consumer startup, an industry leader, growing fast and operating mainly in the US market is looking for a hands-on expert level Retention Manager. This role is strategic and impactful, providing a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing eComm leader. Reporting to the VP of Marketing.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Plan, execute, analyze, and optimize CRM activities and promotions
    - Manage the strategic planning, development, and execution of email marketing and SMS programs, including blast campaigns, targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation, and triggered campaigns based on cross-channel customer behavior.
    - Help define and automate the communication process throughout the company’s channels, like Email and SMS.
    - Identify and implement new tests and tactics for email campaigns, continually seeking to innovate and drive improved results.
    - Plan and maintain communication between the marketing department and Customer Service.

    Job Requirements:

    • 3+ years experience in marketing retention in a B2C eCommerce company
    • Proven experience in working with email and SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, Ongage, among others.
    • Experience in email & SMS deliverability
    • Strong analytical, operational, and project management skills
    • Metrics-driven with a testing mindset focused on performance, subscribers, conversion, and increment of AOV and LTV as main KPIs.
    • Hands-on mentality with the desire to create an immediate impact.
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    • Passion for "out of the box" solutions
    • Independent and self-starter
    • Analytical thinker, ROI oriented
