A super fun young, cybersecurity Start-Up is looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team
- Headhunt potential candidates - Manage the recruitment processes E2E in Israel: from the initial stages of profile definition, through sourcing, scanning CVs, managing the candidate’s pipeline, and conducting reference check. - Plan and set interview procedures, including screening calls, HR assessments and in-person interviews. - Collaborate with hiring managers and support them during the recruiting process.
At least 2 years work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for high tech company – Must.
Previous experience as a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist for startup company – Advantage.
High level of knowledge using LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
English – high level speaking and writing.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
