Lead a team of Acquisition in all main channels of communication (Affiliates, Media, Programmatic, PPC, SEO/ASO, Paid Social) to execute planned paid media campaigns, Control scale and eCPA values in different markets always maintaining the desired ROI goal. Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers and other departments to produce best in class digital media campaigns Define strategy for channels such as AdWords, YouTube, Facebook, Adform, affiliation and others. Deliver media plans in line with CPA and ROI targets. Optimize the funnel of campaigns by analyzing and interpreting large sets of data. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of acquisition and retargeting campaigns using relevant KPIs and metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team, displaying the impact of user acquisition and retargeting efforts on business growth. Provide actionable insights whilst always having performance objectives top of mind. Lead efforts to increase conversion rates from players in the onboarding process across all channels and markets. Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space, competitors activities and best practices. Work with a company that is set in different places around the globe. Lead Retargeting Initiatives: build and execute retargeting strategies to re-engage and convert and reactivate existing customers. Implement personalized messaging and content to increase user retention and reactivation rates. Utilize data analysis and segmentation to tailor retargeting efforts based on user behavior and preferences. Mentor and train team members: set clear objectives and performance targets for the team, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals.
At least 3 years of experience in a senior acquisition managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving ambitious marketing goals.
Preferably a SEM expert with a sound understanding of other biddable media platforms inclusive of programmatic.
Experience developing and executing successful ROI-driven acquisition campaigns.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful retargeting and user engagement strategies.
Hands on experience in using web analytics tools like Appsflyer, Google Analytics.
Highly analytical with a strong understanding of media metrics.
Demonstrated critical strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent Excel reporting and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Fluent English Mandatory: spoken/written
