- Manage user acquisition campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, etc. - Define strategy and KPIs for success, and drive campaigns to meet those goals. - Explore and develop new targeting opportunities through campaign trends, analysis, and industry insights to acquire high-quality leads and users. - Conceptualize, test, and optimize ad creative to improve campaign performance and scale campaigns. - Help define new UA tools and update existing UA tools to make the team faster, better, and more efficient. - Create an automated UA process to enable fast growth and scaling - Manage and optimize a large acquisition of PPC campaigns budgets - Monitor, measure and report on campaign performance and budgeting and conduct ad hoc analysis to refine strategies. - Run A/B testing, analyze results and gather insights on campaign performance - Work closely with other teams to execute coordinated strategic campaigns - Identify missing opportunities and take them on as your own
3-5 years of experience in managing large scale global campaigns
Passion for online marketing and a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in the online marketing world
Analytical and metrics-oriented with a love for numbers, analysis, reports, A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
Comfort manipulating data in Excel and working with pivot tables and dashboards
Well organized, detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple, challenging projects at once
Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly
Ability to think creatively and excellent written and oral communication skills
An out-of-the-box thinker, an innovative problem solver with a keen eye for guiding the creative process to produce online advertising/campaigns that break new boundaries
