  Job Description:

  A hyper-growth startup looking for a UX/UI Designer Lead to join their team and build the UX/UI departments from the ground up.

  In this role, you will be able to craft user-centric design methods to create industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. You will own the development of innovative and inspired designs and become an instrumental contributor to the company's design language.

  Job Responsibilities:

  Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions, while leading and guiding other designers.
  Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes.
  Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
  Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
  Take the company-wide ownership of Designing UI and UX for all of the company’s products across Web & Mobile.
  Improve and create clever and easy user experiences for onboarding, product activation, and key user flows with simplicity and elegance as the cornerstone.

  Job Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of UX/UI design experience in a SaaS environment, ideally working in an international B2B / B2C / B2B2C company.
  • A deep understanding of UX principles based on behavioral psychology, cognitive biases, and visual perception.
  • End to End accountability and ownership of tasks.
  • Experience in creating frictionless user experiences, concepts, and customer journeys.
  • Experience in wireframing and prototyping using tools like Figma / Zeplin.
  • An ability to explain complex concepts and ideas in a simple and clear way to people from various backgrounds.
  • Enthusiastic about the small details and excited to keep pushing it until it's pixel-perfect.
  • Fluent English - speaking and writing.
