    Job Description:

    A well-funded start-up in the field of e-learning and training is looking for a VP Sales that is inspired by the challenge of changing education worldwide.
    The VP Sales should be passionate about customers and operate the organization to effectively attract and serve them, creating a strong and healthy pipeline and of course: revenue.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage the sales teams, as well as other operations and resources in order to deliver profitable growth
    • Own all customer related activities including Sales, Biz-dev, Presale, and Account Management
    • Manage day-to-day relationships with customers including commercial, legal, financial, product and marketing aspects
    • Establish and manage 3rd party relationships
    • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required

    Job Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in a managerial positions in Sales / Business
    • Experience with establishing / managing a business unit
    • Experience in sales / services within technology companies
    • Experience working in the APAC / LATAM / EMEA markets – must
    • Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plans
    • Great negotiation skills
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Excellent relationship building skills
    • Experience in managing large customer portfolios
    • Experience working with C-level managers
    • Must be capable of traveling frequently
    • Exceptional English
