    In this role, you will join a fast-growing team and have a high impact on the growth of the company by improving and optimizing various marketing initiatives across all of the company's business segments from SMB’s to enterprises, globally.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Lead and execute CRO efforts for the marketing initiatives
    - Use data, testing, and experience to evaluate performance and identify areas to improve user experience and increase conversion and revenue
    - Assist in the development of data-driven conversion strategies and user experience strategies based on customer segmentation analysis and customer behavior

    • 4+ years of experience as CRO / Data analyst with web analytics, UX, copywriting and digital media knowledge
    • Experience and deep understanding of designing and executing A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization strategies and tools such as Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Convert, VWO & Crazy Egg
    • Highly skilled in crunching data to deriving actionable insights
    • High level of written and verbal English communication skills
    • Proven success in improving marketing funnels
    • Experience with UX methodologies and a good visual eye to detect what works well (and what doesn't) in a users journey
    • Experience with testing platforms (Optimize, Optimizely, Convert) and Google Analytics
