    • Lead a team of User Acquisition professionals

    • Stellar people management skills, including experience in hiring & developing teams 
    • Superb analytical skills 
    • High-level proficiency in Excel and working with large data sets (advanced functions, pivots, etc.) 
    • BS/BA from a top school (Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics background preferred) 
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
