Someone who understands the customer journey and can manage and promote online marketing campaigns.

    Job Responsibilities:

    · Responsibility for creating & monitoring internal CRM processes, to create idle workflow within the team and cross departments
    · Manage all aspects of the CRM execution.
    · Manage end-to-end multi-channel campaigns: from ideation, through set up & segment and ends with analysis & optimization.
    · Construct user journeys towards optimizing user engagement, conversion, and retention, via close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Content, and Creative teams.
    · Build a cross-channel experience with several touchpoints, like: emails, in product, pushes to create automated, ad-hoc, triggered, and transactional programs
    · Manage and promote online marketing campaigns from planning to execution, based on specific customer segmentation, or behavioral change objectives. All that while working with numerous operational interfaces – campaign managers, product
    teams, designers, copywriters, HTML developers, etc.
    · Optimize and scale the marketing from end to end including strategy, calendaring, implementation, deployment, optimization, monitoring, reporting, and analysis
    · Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
    · Data analysis, monitoring of various KPIs for the campaigns, develop benchmark and create dashboard to make the information accessible
    · The Retention manager will proactively offer creative ideas for campaigns and build a holistic approach utilizing business insights to optimize the sales and marketing funnel.

    Job Requirements:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Solid knowledge of email industry best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics
    • Well versed in domestic and international email compliance laws like CAN-SPAM and GDPR
    • Experience in: initiating, building, analyzing and optimizing drip campaigns/user journeys for different life stages, driven by data and user behavior is a must
    • A proven track record of building campaigns driven by deep understanding of the user behavior and needs
    • Strong background in customer conversion, retention and win-back strategies
    • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work on data analysis both independently and via collaboration with BI analysts
    • Experience collaborating across multiple departments to execute projects
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Industrial Management / Economics
