    Job Description:

    We are looking for a technical professional with project management and system engineering experience to join our MartTech group, working in a dynamic multi-project environment.

    The ideal candidate is someone who’s passionate about enterprise architecture, enjoys solving complex problems and implementing cutting-edge solutions, and is comfortable strategizing with cross-functional team members.
    Responsibilities include overseeing the implementations of large-scale Marketing Automation and Digital Experience solutions for major enterprise clients, including managing requirements, customer workflows definition, system integration, executing verification procedures, and providing support for field issues.

    You will serve as the subject matter expert for multiple 3rd party enterprise-class marketing platforms, and lead the integration between all involved disciplines and functions to deliver the best quality product.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Overseeing product development, planning and leading system design and integrations with CRM systems, CMS, data warehouses, cloud and web marketing tools, and additional backend systems.

    -  Work directly with clients to drive company strategies, understand business and technical requirements, and conceive solutions to ensure success. Nurture and grow strategic relationships with key stakeholders from multiple disciplines.

    - Coordinate a variety of complex projects in a highly operational environment. Validates the correct resourcing and approach for each project from planning to delivery.

    During implementation stages, manage production and sandbox environments, configurations, and deployment methodologies. Monitor mission critical services for availability, performance, and capacity.

    - System level multi-disciplinary view and analysis of architecture alternatives. Enforce hybrid/cloud standards, processes, and procedures.

    - Respond promptly to internal inquiries and escalations, and establish partnerships with key vendors.

    - Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. You will create/track/adjust the program schedule, assess risks and identify solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals while ensuring quality standards and budget constraints.

    Job Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of technical project management experience of multi-disciplinary systems.
    • At least 5 years of working experience as a system engineer, including system architecture design and analysis, requirements management, and system integration across multiple engineering disciplines and complex technology products.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems and SaaS platforms architecture and security challenges. Hands-on experience in deploying cloud-based enterprise solutions (installation, configuration, and lifecycle management).
    • Ability to understand customer requirements and challenges and translate them into system design specifications aligned with IT strategy.
    • Broad, in-depth hands-on technical expertise, ability to independently research and solve problems, plan tests and analyze data. Proven experience in common software development practices (storage, web services, UX, scripting, process automation, etc.).
    • Solid understanding of marketing automation best practices, lead generation, content marketing, data models, and common integration points with marketing systems – An advantage.
    • Experienced in multi-tenant and multi-org environments (service cloud, sales cloud, marketing cloud, etc.) – An advantage
    • First degree from a well-known university in one of the following: Information Systems Engineering, Computer Sciences, SW Engineering.
    • Ability to lead tasks, prioritize actions, and manage time.
    • Ability to master complex products and learn quickly. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams. Experience in a matrix organization is an advantage.
    • Self-motivated, positive, customer oriented. Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills  - able to handle complex situations with thought and confidence.
