  A data-driven business-driving startup, offering an automated, AI-powered problem-solving engine is looking for a VP Product to build and lead the company's team.

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Hire, build and mentor a product team
  • Develop and execute our product strategy together with the founders in alignment with our business strategy and vision
  • Contribute and participate in shaping the business strategy in light of strategic product opportunities and market challenges
  • Identify product opportunities and markets needs within cost-effective reach of current technologies
  • Translate product strategy into a work plan of the product team and empower the team to build an effective roadmap that supports it
  • Guide and collaborate with various in-house stakeholder in product experience for our users, enabling them to make revolutionizing breakthroughs and discoveries
  • Work closely with external clients and partners to understand business needs, pains and objectives and create a tailor-made experience to address them
  • Connect the R&D and Research teams to how they make business impact
  • Conduct data-driven operations to track KPIs, milestones and to optimize ROI

  Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years experience in leading product strategy for global B2B / SaaS software startups (including director/VP roles)
  • 4+ years of managerial experience - building and leading a product team
  • A successful track record of pushing new products and innovative technologies into new markets
  • A track record of successfully scaling product efforts in a growth & impact oriented company
  • Technical Engineering background - ability to communicate, guide and collaborate with R&D team
  • Experience successfully driving the creation of innovative product strategy to hit target goals
  • A track record of data driven execution and operational excellence
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Flawless written and spoken English
