    The company brings tech, design, and engineering to the challenge ????.
    They are working on the world’s best art service, a service that reached millions of dollars in sales within months from launch.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Lead the Marketing Strategy - from ideation to execution
    Define and prioritize channels
    Tell the story in a better way across all channels
    Media and budget management across current and future channels (Facebook, Google, TV, email, TikTok, Social, Influencers, etc.)
    Adjust and emphasize the unique value proposition for each channel
    Analyze and optimize performance
    Build an attribution methodology and constantly optimize it
    Increase LTV - increase re-engagement via tailored messaging for specific segments and better value proposition
    reduce CAC
    Brand building
    Own the brand "story"
    Define the required visual identity and the tone of voice of easyplant
    Ensure consistent execution and identity across all channels
    Creative leadership
    High level concepts and campaign definition to convey our unique value while taking into account potential customer motivations
    Detailed Brief - storyboard (visual and messaging guidance)
    Analysis and optimization

    Job Requirements:

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in D2C growth marketing
    • Boundless energy and a fearless attitude towards tackling bold challenges with creative ideas
    • "Can do" and hands-on approach to problem-solving
    • Strong analytical capabilities
    • Multi-channel strategy experience, including measurement and attribution
    • Experience developing brand architecture and product positioning within the digital landscape, bridging together consumer data, competitive/trend analysis, and creative vision
    • Deep working knowledge of all organic and re-engagement channels, such as organic, social, and email
