They give their partners the tools to find the right audience for their marketing needs in real-time, tailoring ads to create an optimal experience for each unique consumer. We’re a fast-growing, publicly traded company, committed to developing first-class products for our partners and clients around the world.

    The company is looking for a Business Development Manager for their TLV office. They are looking for an enthusiastic media guru who will work closely with our Commercials team to provide first-class publishers to implement the product.

    Job Responsibilities:

    - Driving all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, closing, implementing, and relationship management.
    - Creating long terms partnerships and strong relationships with key personnel at publisher houses  
    - Creating your pipeline using lead search.
    - Responsible for achieving challenging revenue goals.
    - Collaborate with internal teams/stakeholders cross-functionally to identify supply requirements and opportunities

    Job Requirements:

    • Up to 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales role in the online video and/or advertising industry
    • Strong sales capabilities - exceptional communication and negotiation skills
    • Proven track record in exceeding sales and revenue goals
    • Knowledgeable of the ad tech space
    • Ability to thrive in a fast and dynamic environment.
    • Fast learner 
    • Fluent English (writing and speaking) – Must. Other languages- advantage
    • Analytical, able to solve problems, articulate solutions and analyse and report upon data.
    • Familiarity with multiple integrations such as Google OB, Amazon A9, Tag, and Prebid   - Advantage
    • Understanding of the publisher market, header bidding, digital video markets, and various pricing models - Advantage
