    Job Description:

    A hyper-growth digital media startup with several high-scale online properties and AdTech platforms is looking for a Senior Google Campaign Manager to join the team. The company specializes in explosive growth marketing technology and complex data models for real-time media attribution and optimization.

    The Campaign Manager should know how to develop marketing plans and strategies to help internal teams deliver results, be an excellent project manager and must be able to work with a budget and meet a deadline. The Campaign Manager should have experience running multiple projects and delivering reports on ROI and be proficient in paid media, website administration, and paid advertising campaigns.

    Job Responsibilities:

    ● Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance campaigns, and manage large-scale multi-channel campaigns across paid media platforms.
    ● Develop benchmarks, set goals, scale, and execute online marketing strategies
    ● Run ongoing A/B tests on different activity parameters.
    ● Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
    ● Collaborate with internal teams to create campaign assets and help personalize the user experience.
    ● Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

    Job Requirements:

    • ● Bachelor’s degree in communication, digital marketing, or related fields
    • ● 2+ years of experience in running global campaigns on paid media channels, mainly on the Google Ads Display network
    • ● Strong problem-solving skills
    • ● Exceptional communication and project management skills
    • ● In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns
    • ● Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
    • ● A good understanding of current marketing trends
    • ● Fluent verbal and written English skills required
    • ● Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • ● Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
    • ● Ability to deliver feedback thoughtfully and receive it gracefully
    • ● A thinker and a doer mindset—excited about driving strategy while simultaneously rolling up your sleeves
    • ● Strong project management skills and attention to detail
    • ● Google Advertising Certified (or willing to get certified within 30 days
